Our Response Timeline

Upon receiving a valid takedown request, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
  2. Review the request to verify its validity
  3. Remove or restrict access to the photograph within 5-7 business days if the request is valid
  4. Notify you once the photograph has been removed

We reserve the right to deny requests that are:

  • Frivolous, abusive, or made in bad faith
  • Lacking sufficient information to identify the photograph
  • Not supported by a legitimate legal or privacy concern

DMCA Copyright Claims

If you believe any Content on our Site infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice with the required information under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Contact Form and Inquiries

Purpose

Our contact form is provided for legitimate inquiries about our photography services, booking requests, and general questions.

Current Status

Stacked Portraits is currently in early stages of operation. We are accepting inquiries and may offer photography services on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline any booking request for any reason.
